Five more weeks 'til I plan to head off to the other side of the world, and things are coming together. Much of my paperwork is completed and submitted. I am one lesson away from completing the language-learning program I've been using. I picked up some foreign currency from the bank yesterday. And tonight I hope to purchase my ticket!
I have begun communicating with two young women I will be sharing a house with when I arrive in my new city. One of them has posted a few pictures of our house, and I thought I'd share a pic with you. Looks nice, eh?
Please continue to pray for me as I prepare to go... pray that travel preparations would go well and smoothly, and pray that I would be sensitive and responsive to God's guidance.
